2024 Peer Support Programs:
Current 2023 Support Programs - 18+
Individual Peer Support (18+)
Prior to joining any of our grief healing support groups, please call our office to complete a short intake. All participants are initially supported via individual peer support session(s) at which time we can explore our various grief healing supports.
We are here to help you navigate your personal journey of loss after the death of
a loved one.

Peer Support Groups (18+)
"Open Groups"
These groups operate throughout the year and offer ongoing registration for inclusion after any loss of a loved one who has died.
"Closed Groups"
These groups are "loss specific" meaning everyone in group has experienced the same loss. Throughout the year, we offer:
Child Loss Group
Spousal / Life Partner Loss Group
Parental Loss Group

Seniors (55+) Grief Healing Support Groups are offered at various locations throughout
York Region:

"Hope & Healing" Workshops
at workplaces, colleges and community groups for those who are grieving the loss of a fellow co-worker, student, colleague.
