Why EVERY Donation Matters!
We are a fully inclusive, safe space for anyone who is experiencing grief after the loss of a loved one.
Here at BFOYR - we are committed to keeping all of our grief healing support services FREE of charge - eliminating all barriers to timely, grief healing peer support when needed!
How Do We Do This?
1) We Eliminate Barriers to Support: We ensure all grief support programs are barrier free - this means we offer supports in-person, via phone and/or via Zoom which eliminates geographic, travel, financial, physical and social barriers to our supports.
2) Our Volunteers - All of our Volunteers are trained BFOYR Grief Facilitators and co-lead various grief healing support groups. Other Volunteers support our events or help with administrative tasks in our office. Volunteers truly are a very valued and appreciated part of our team here at BFOYR!!
3) Giving Back - Most impactful, is the generosity of those who offered a financial donation after receiving our support; learning how to navigate their own personal journey of loss through barrier inclusion to BFOYR grief healing support.
