About Us

We are a Charitable Organization supporting Individuals, Families and Community Groups who are grieving after the death of a family member, friend, co-worker, colleague. For over 30 years, Grief Healing Support Centre (BFOYR) has delivered bereavement peer support services by trained volunteers and staff to the York Region Community.

Our programs and services are free of charge, ensuring accessible, timely and compassionate support for hope & healing.
